        Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions At Lucky Exhibits, we strive for the highest quality of transactions, and professionalism in all that we do. The following are our terms & conditions, and points of understanding in our business:

1. FOB & transport fees: When a buyer purchases a booth at an FOB location, they are responsible for the shipping and related costs of moving that booth from where it is, to their desired location. Some warehouses may have handling or loading fees that they charge in order to prepare the crates, and put them onto the truck. In those cases, the buyer is responsible for all of those charges, whether they are stated up front or not. Often times those fees must be specifically asked for from the warehouse, as we do not always know what they are in advance. The buyer is responsible for any and all handling, loading, and shipping expenses (unless specifically noted otherwise).

2. Shipping: The buyer of the booth is free to have their own freight company (or truck) pick up the booth, or can choose to go with the shipping quote provided to them by Lucky Exhibits. Lucky Exhibits gets very good shipping quotes, and is able to pass on those discounts to its customers. In many cases, Lucky Exhibits will obtain a shipping quote for the buyer, giving the buyer the choice of going with the quote obtained by Lucky Exhibits, or having its own freight company transport the booth. If a shipping quote is needed by Lucky Exhibits, then we will need to know the ship to address with zip code, shipping hours, contact information, and will need to know if a lift gate truck will be needed.

3. Accuracy: Although Lucky Exhibits does inspect many of the trade show booths on the website, it is understood that we simply cannot inspect every booth that is listed. In many cases we need to rely upon the information that is provided to us by the previous owner, booth manager, or other related person. We do our best, and rarely do have inaccurate listings. However, in the case of inaccuracies, we shall rectify the situation, or make some adjustment.

4. Inspection: After purchasing a booth, the customer has a ten day inspection period (unless otherwise noted) to find any problems, damage, or missing parts to the booth. If any problems are found, such as missing or damaged parts, then the buyer should contact Lucky Exhibits in writing (via email preferably), point out the problem, along with pictures of the damage, showing what the problem is. Once we are notified of the problem (and have pictures), then we shall make an immediate investigation into the situation. The investigation may take up to (7) days, since calls, and emails around the country may be needed. In extreme cases, the investigation could take longer. During that investigation, we shall determine what the problem is, and what the possible solutions, and remedies are.

5. Remedies: Once the problem has been investigated properly, and identified, we shall then seek solutions. Following is a list of the possible problems, solutions, and remedies that may follow:

A. If it is determined that various parts, cases, or crates, etc. were left behind at the warehouse (originating location), then Lucky Exhibits shall arrange to have those delivered to the buyer at no cost to the booth buyer.

B. If missing non-essential parts cannot be located, then Lucky Exhibits shall first attempt to find comparable parts that may still work as replacement parts. These shall be purchased and shipped to the buyer, at no cost to the buyer.

C. If missing non-essential parts cannot be located, and comparable parts cannot be purchased, then Lucky Exhibits shall work out a monetary adjustment with the booth buyer. The monetary adjustment shall be based upon a pro-rata value of the booth in it’s entirety, and will be based upon the “fair market value” of used parts (not new parts). For example: If a booth originally cost $50,000 brand new, and then sells on the used market for $7,500 and is missing 10% of non-essential parts. The new buyer would then receive a pro-rated adjustment back of $750, and not $5,000.

D. If the booth is missing essential parts that will not allow for proper set up: In that case, it will be necessary to check into the manufacture of new parts for the booth. Then either an agreed upon adjustment would take place, or if no agreement is possible (or if parts cannot be made), then the customer would receive a 100% refund on their purchase price of the booth (but not the shipping costs). The shipping costs would still have to be absorbed by the buyer, because it is considered that the shipping expense would be something in lieu of traveling out to the booth site to make a personal inspection.

E. Returns: Before any booth returns do take place, Lucky Exhibits needs to have proper notice of the problem within ten days. Also we will need at least seven days to do an investigation, and will need to issue an RMA via email. All notices do need to be in writing, via email with return receipt.

6. If  buyer purchases a trade show booth, and booth is returned without cause or inadequacies, then there shall be a 20% restocking and re-listing fee. This will be applicable for any booths that are pulled from the market for a period of more than ten (10) days. The reason for this is to cover possible  lost sales opportunities, storage, additional advertising, and other miscellaneous expenses.

7. If buyer takes booth off market, and uses it at a trade show, then buyer will lose any opportunity to return the booth for a refund. Any attempted return after use at a trade show, shall be deemed an offer to purchase for Lucky Exhibits. In that case, the additional use at the trade show shall be considered, and it is up to Lucky Exhibits whether or not they wish to purchase, or make an offer to buy the booth back.

8. Storage: Once a booth is purchased, the buyer generally has (7) days to have the booth picked up, otherwise storage costs may start accumulating (unless otherwise noted on the invoice).

9. Laws: All transactions shall be covered by the laws of the state of Nevada, and all transactions are under the jurisdiction of Clark  County.
